The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Henry V. Galm, 48, of 450 Southville Road, Stockholm, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI on Market Street in the village of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said.
He registered a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content, deputies said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
Mr. Galm has three previous felony DWI convictions, the last in 2001, along with misdemeanor DWI and driving while ability impaired convictions. He was arraigned in Potsdam Village Court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail, deputies said.
■ Joshua W. Newcombe, 23, of 484 County Route 18, Richville, was charged Sunday with DWI, failure to keep right and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation on Factory Street, Gouverneur village police said. His BAC wasn't available.
