Salvation Army to host first Star Wars theme day

The Watertown Salvation Army's free summer drop-in center, 723 State St., will host a Star Wars Jedi Academy Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday. The theme day is the first of its kind for the program.

Children ages 5 to 12 may attend and are invited to wear Star Wars costumes or clothing and participate in Star Wars-themed games, crafts and activities.
