The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Bryan F. Mott, 47, of 49 Fenton St., Waddington, also was charged Thursday with failure to use designated lane after he was stopped on Route 345 in the town of Waddington, state police said. He registered a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
■ Joshua N. Roshia, 26, of 18104 Van Allen Road, was stopped by Watertown police at 12:09 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Mill Street. Police said his BAC was 0.09 percent. He also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
■ Timothy L. Reitzel, 41, of 25550 Route 12, Apt. 5, was stopped by Watertown police at 11:38 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of Mill Street. Police said his BAC was 0.12 percent.
■ Mauro R. Alvarez-Padron, 23, of 252 Winslow St., Apt. 604, was stopped by Watertown police at 12:45 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Mill Street. Police said his BAC was 0.10 percent.
■ Christopher W. Billhardt, 46, Glenfield, was stopped by state police at 10:15 p.m. Friday on County Route 39, Greig. Troopers said he refused to submit to a breath test.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Lisa A. Packard, 49, Deer Park, was charged Thursday after Potsdam village police officers found her asleep in a car parked on Maple Street with the engine running. She reportedly was found under the influence of an unknown prescription medication.
■ Joseph M. Sagliani, 44, of 17085 Route 12E, was charged following a 12:50 p.m. accident Friday on Interstate 81. State police said he had taken prescribed medication before driving. They said he crashed his car after drifting off the right side of the road about 1 mile north of Exit 41. Mr. Sagliani complained of neck and back pain and was taken to Samaritan Medical Center.
