CASTORLAND — Edward J. Hoyland, 70, State Rt 812, died Saturday evening at Lewis County General Hospital, Lowville, after a brief illness.

A graveside service with military honors will be held Sunday October 4th at 1:00 PM in Kirkland Town Cemetery, Kirkland, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Legion Post 1663, Croghan or the Croghan Fire Dept.
