The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Kazz S. Snyder, 28, of 5 Foley Lane, Colton, was charged Sunday with felony DWI when he was stopped on Route 56 in the town of Pierrepont, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said.
His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes intoxication.
A felony is charged when the motorist has been convicted of DWI within the prior 10 years.
■ Jill V. Smith, 43, Dexter, was arrested by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on charges of aggravated DWI and making an improper turn at 9:40 p.m. Thursday on B. Adams Road in the town of Brownville.
Deputies said she had a breath test result of 0.18 percent BAC, which is the state's standard for aggravated DWI.
■ Shaie D. Elmer, 22, of 520 Academy St., Watertown, was released on $500 bail after being arraigned before town of Watertown Justice James M. McClusky on charges of DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and crossing hazard markings.
She was arrested at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Route 11 in the town of Adams. Deputies said she registered 0.14 percent BAC.
She was convicted in January of driving while ability impaired by alcohol as a result of a DWI arrest in November in Watertown.
■ Bruce W. Goodnough, 51, of 1349 Ives St., Watertown, also was charged with felony aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right after being arrested by Watertown police near his home at 1:25 a.m. Friday. He tested at 0.17 percent BAC, police said.
He is charged with a felony because his license was suspended for a conviction on the lesser charge of driving while ability impaired by alcohol.
■ Nicole M. Spradlin, 27, of 1013 Salina St., Apt. B, Watertown, was arrested by Watertown police at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of High Street and additionally was cited with leaving the scene of an accident.
Police said she drove out of the parking lot at 610 State St. after hitting a pot and a safety barrier. Police listed her breath test result as 0.08 percent BAC.
■ Phileena M. McAtee, 24, of 531 Bradley St., Watertown, additionally was charged with a stop sign infraction, failure to signal a turn and operating a vehicle having a suspended registration in connection with her arrest at 3:20 a.m. Thursday by Watertown police in the 100 block of Mechanic Street.
Her breath test reading was listed as 0.14 percent BAC.
■ Kimberlee D'Aoust, 42, Gatineau, Quebec, was arrested at U.S. Customs on Wellesley Island shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday.
She also was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana. She refused to take a breath test, state police said. She was arraigned in town of Orleans Court and was released on $500 bail.
■ Joseph J. Adams IV, 27, Madrid, also was charged Wednesday with having nontransparent windows, failure to keep right and being unable to produce a driver's license after he was stopped on Market Street, Potsdam police said. He registered a 0.10 percent BAC, police said.
■ Nicole M. Larocque, 32, Plains Road, Canton, also was charged Tuesday with unlawful possession of marijuana after she crashed her car on Route 68 in the town of Pierrepont, state police said.
She registered a 0.16 percent BAC, troopers said.
■ Ariana L. Marks, 19, Turin, also was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana in connection with her arrest by state police at 12:30 a.m. Friday on Route 26 in Lowville. Troopers listed her test result as 0.14 percent BAC.
■ Joseph E. Cook, 49, Gouverneur, was arrested by state police at 11 p.m. Thursday on Route 11 in the town of Philadelphia and also was cited with failure to keep right.
He tested at 0.12 percent BAC, police said.
