A Great Bend man faces a pair of charges, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to Watertown police.
Franklin Hilton III, 29, of 25108 Pine Drive, Apt. A, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:14 a.m. Saturday at 519 W. Main St. Police said he was swinging his arms and yelling while trying to fight with another man in front of other people.
He then was charged with aggravated DWI at 4:05 a.m. at 327 State St. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
After posting $250 bail, he was released to a third party.
Also charged with DWI and related offenses:
■ Daniel R. Alguire, 34, of 245 Route 11, Gouverneur, was charged early Saturday by state police. Troopers said his blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent when he was stopped for failure to keep right on County Route 6 in the town of Oswegatchie.
■ Ashley A. Arruda, 22, of 132 William St., Apt. B., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:42 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of State Street. She also was charged with an equipment infraction. Police said her BAC was 0.17 percent.
■ Melissa J. Porter, 42, Pulaski, was charged with aggravated DWI by state police at 2:22 a.m. Saturday on County Route 15 in the town of Sandy Creek. Troopers said she had a BAC of 0.21 percent.
■ Tanya L. Proulx, 36, of 8558 Artz Road, Castorland, was charged with aggravated DWI by the Lewis County Sheriff's Department at 3:45 a.m. on Artz Road, town of New Bremen. Deputies said her BAC was 0.22 percent.
■ Stephen W. Mattice, 20, of 6 South St., Apt. 2, Massena, was charged early Sunday with aggravated DWI by Massena village police when he was pulled over on Maple Street for failure to keep right. Police did not list his BAC.
■ Kristopher L. Tarbox, 22, McLaughlin Avenue, Tupper Lake, was charged early Sunday when his vehicle was stopped a short distance from his home. Tupper Lake village police said he registered 0.10 percent BAC.
■ Franklyn J. Coe, 25, Altmar, was charged by state police at 10:58 p.m. Saturday on Route 13 in the town of Albion. His BAC was 0.14 percent, troopers said.
■ Michael C. Howard, 24, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 2:46 a.m. Sunday on Elm Ridge Road in the town of LeRay. His BAC was 0.13 percent, troopers said.
