Voters of Cape Vincent: Have people noticed how the big signs for the anti-wind candidates are obviously manufactured in some factory, while the signs endorsing incumbent and lifelong Cape resident Supervisor Tom Rienbeck are handmade by other lifelong residents?

One of our local artists volunteered his time to hand-paint the two big Tom Rienbeck signs as you drive into town. And one resident volunteered many hours to stringing Christmas lights together to say "Re-elect Tom Rienbeck." Look for it on your right as you drive to the Cape from Three Mile Bay. These and many other handmade signs show the real pride Cape residents have for Rienbeck.

And could the paid-for manufactured signs for the anti-wind candidates be more misleading and wrong? Signs saying "People Last" would be accurate. These three are in this election for one reason, and one reason only, to stop any new development in this town. That certainly proves they are "People Last" candidates.
