A town of Clayton man was sentenced Thursday in Jefferson County Court to up to nine years in state prison after admitting he violated the terms of Drug Court.
Bryant P. Sanford,23, address not confirmed, was referred to the substance abuse rehabilitation program that serves as an alternative to incarceration after pleading guilty July 23, 2008, to third-degree burglary. He had been accused of intrusions at two Clayton businesses.
