A Watertown man faces up to 12 years in state prison after pleading guilty Friday in Jefferson County Court to charges that he had sexual contact with two girls.
Duane A. Bault,40, whose last known address was 163 Breen Ave., pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
He admitted that between Aug. 13, 2004, and July 1, 2006, he engaged in two or more acts of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13 and that between Aug. 13. 2004, and May 2006 he engaged in acts of sexual intercourse with another girl under the age of 13.
According to a contemplated sentence outlined in court, he will be sentenced Nov. 13 to 12 years in prison, followed by eight years of additional supervision upon his release.

Beth M. Murphy,36, Watertown, was sentenced to an unspecified amount of time served and five years' probation for an Aug. 19 guilty plea to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. She had been accused in a grand jury indictment, handed up in June, of selling cocaine in Watertown in mid-December.
Jessica L. Blake,28, Watertown, was sentenced to three years' probation for an Aug. 12 guilty plea to third-degree assault. She was accused of stabbing her boyfriend, Terry J. Augustine, with a steak knife during a May 27 domestic incident at their Winslow Street apartment.
Justin R. David,21, Remsen, was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to pay $1,176 in restitution for an earlier guilty plea to a charge that he entered a camper trailer at Martin's Marina Campground in the town of Cape Vincent while the owners were sleeping in the trailer May 25. His probation supervision will be transferred to Oneida County.
Steven J. Adams,28, Glen Park, was sentenced to three years' probation for Aug. 11 guilty pleas to third-degree assault and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was charged with scuffling with a Glen Park village police officer during a May 28 traffic stop in Brownville.
Samuel P. Wyatt, 22, Watertown, was sentenced to time served and a one-year conditional discharge for Aug. 18 guilty pleas to two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and a single count of second-degree menacing. He was accused of holding a knife to the throat of Danae L. Horace on June 29 and then using her stolen credit card to try to buy a bus ticket to Tampa, Fla.
Tammy L. Gebo, 37, of 136 Palmer St., pleaded guilty to felony aggravated driving while intoxicated. Sentencing was set for Nov. 24. She admitted driving drunk March 25 following a one-vehicle accident on Route 37 in the town of Pamelia.
Tina R. Hubbard, 35, Oriskany, pleaded guilty to fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and is expected to be sentenced Nov. 13 to six months in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, followed by five years' probation. She admitted she possessed cocaine, packaged with the intent to sell, Aug. 5 in Watertown.
Shannon M. Medina, 25, Winthrop, pleaded guilty to second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and DWI as a misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 24. She admitted driving while intoxicated May 23 on Mill Street while her driver's license was suspended for a prior conviction for an alcohol-related offense in the town of Pamelia.
Zachary S. Cushman, 18, of 26219 Military Road, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass and admitted violating probation by being convicted of the crime. Sentencing was set for Nov. 24. He admitted breaking into a garage on Mustard Road in the town of Pamelia in May.
Christopher B. Blackhurst II, 22, of 606 Lansing St., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief and is due to be sentenced Nov. 30. He admitted breaking a laptop computer belonging to Stephanie M. Young during a June 11 domestic incident.
Jennifer L. Lowe, 40, Monroe, La., pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and admitted violating probation. She is expected to be sentenced in her absence Nov. 6 to six months' time served. She is due to be released from jail the day of sentencing to return to Louisiana.
Randall J. Fenton, 27, Fort Drum, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and trespassing, both non-criminal violations. He was subsequently sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge and fined $300. He admitted he damaged a door at Bonnie Castle Resort in Alexandria Bay on Aug. 1. He paid $500 in restitution up front.
Rosamond A. Rickard, 51, of 228 Central St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, a non-criminal violation. She was subsequently sentenced to a three-month conditional discharge and ordered to perform 40 hours of community service. She admitted she took a purse that did not belong to her June 12 at 1330 Washington St.
Robin M. Foley, 46, of 744 Hancock St., was arraigned on two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges were contained in a grand jury indictment unsealed in court. It is alleged she had and sold cocaine on two occasions in August in Watertown. She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $5,000 bail.
In court activity Thursday, Travis D. Davis, 23, Watertown, was sentenced to two to four years in prison after admitting he violated Drug Court and probation. He was referred to Drug Court in November 2007 for a guilty plea to fourth-degree grand larceny for stealing combination tool kits from Home Depot in Watertown. Information about what led to the violation was not available from the court.
