The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Timothy E. Pickert, 43, of 39 Sand St., Philadelphia, was arrested by state police at 4:45 p.m. Thursday on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated on River Road in Theresa.
Police listed his breath test result at 0.24 percent blood alcohol content. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Walter A. Bishop Jr., 31, of 36270 Jackson II Road, Carthage, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with aggravated DWI at 10:20 p.m. Friday while driving on Route 26, Champion. Deputies said his BAC was 0.20 percent.
Mr. Bishop also was charged with was speeding, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign. Police said he also was wanted on two Jefferson County Family Court warrants, each alleging failure to pay child support. He was ordered held on $5,000 bail at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
■ Dorje A. Mecca, 34, Killeen, Texas, was stopped at 5:40 a.m. Saturday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Route 342, LeRay. Deputies said he refused to submit to a test to determine his blood alcohol content. He was ordered held on $500 bail at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
■ Tysheere R. Page, 31, Windsor, Conn., was stopped Saturday in LeRay by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies and was ordered held on $500 bail at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building. Additional information was not available Saturday.
■ Allen G. Jefferson, 40, Gouverneur, was charged Friday with felony DWI, aggravated DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. State police arrested Mr. Jefferson after pulling him over for riding a four-wheeler without a helmet at 6:18 p.m. Friday on Grant Street in the town of Edwards. His BAC was 0.21 percent, police said. Mr. Jefferson has a previous DWI conviction from January 2008; he also was charged with driving while ability impaired in 1990.
■ Charles R. Debaere, 40, Danville, Va., was charged by state police after he hit a parked car on Water Street in Fort Covington, police said. He was taken to Alice Hyde Medical Center, Malone. His BAC test results were not available Saturday.
■ Amanda S. Ackerman, 23, Lyons Falls, was stopped at 3:13 a.m. Saturday by Lewis County sheriff's deputies on Route 26, Turin. Deputies said her BAC was 0.14 percent.
■ Alex J. Soluri, 30, of 648 Grant St., Apt. 1, was charged by city police with aggravated DWI following an accident at 3:25 a.m. Saturday at Pearl Street and Starbuck Avenue. Police said his BAC was 0.19 percent.
■ Comeledia M. Edwards, 37, of 2223 Officers Loop, Fort Drum, was charged by city police with aggravated DWI following an accident at 2:16 a.m. Saturday on Factory Street. Police said she pulled out of a parking spot and directly into the path of a car driven by Doran A. Johnson, 20, of 2937 Stoddard St., Copenhagen. Ms. Edwards was charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Police said her BAC was 0.20 percent. Mr. Johnson also was charged with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and unlawful possession of marijuana.
■ Mark C. Todd, 48, of 14417 Route 11, Apt. 3, was charged by city police following a 1:34 p.m. accident Sunday in Public Square. Police said his BAC was 0.14 percent. He also was charged with making an unsafe lane change.
■ Jeramie F. Perkins, 33, Fort Campbell, Ky., was stopped at 1:22 a.m. Sunday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Route 11, LeRay. Deputies said his BAC was 0.13 percent. He also was charged with failure to keep right.
