The following face charges of driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Rachael D. Foster, 44, of 1221 County Route 53, Brasher Falls, was charged Tuesday with felony aggravated DWI, failure to signal and failure to use designated lane when she was stopped on South Raquette River Road in Massena, state police said.
She registered a 0.26 percent blood alcohol content, troopers said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or more.
■ Kelley N. Shepard, 50, Route 3, Carthage, was charged with aggravated DWI as a result of his arrest at 3:15 a.m. Monday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Route 3 in the town of LeRay.
Deputies listed his breath test result as 0.19 percent blood alcohol content. He also was cited with crossing hazard markings and unlawful possession of marijuana.
