CARTHAGE — Garrick Cook registered an overtime goal in the 82nd minute to lift the Indian River boys soccer team to a 1-0 win over Carthage in a Frontier League "A" Division semifinal matchup Tuesday.
Dylan Hesse's cross from the right side of the field found the open sophomore striker, who one-timed a shot into the net.
The victory launched Indian River (6-7-2) into Thursday's "A" Division final against Watertown at 5 p.m. at Watertown High School.
Rick Kneram made six saves in the shutout for the Warriors, while Robert Bach stopped three shots for the Comets (7-3-4).
WATERTOWN 3, IHC 2
Brendan Arthur connected for the winning goal on a cross by Malcolm Lynch to help the Cyclones earn the "A" Division semifinal victory at Watertown High School.
Lynch finished with two assists, while Chris Waterbury and Eric Gefell also scored. Tim Madden made four saves for Watertown (10-3-2).
Zach Zaremba recorded both goals, and Carlos Smith and Graham Whalen provided the assists for the Cavaliers (2-12).
LOWVILLE 5, GENERAL BROWN 1
Justin Eaves produced a pair of goals to lead the Red Raiders past the Lions in a Frontier League "B" Division semifinal at Lowville.
Derrick Kolb recorded 10 saves for General Brown (3-12).
Lowville (10-2-3) will meet South Jefferson in the "B" Division final at 7 p.m. Thursday at Watertown High School.
BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 1
Cory Walker contributed a goal and an assist to propel the Indians over the Panthers in a "D" Division semifinal matchup in Chaumont.
Jordan Jenkins and Corey Drake also provided goals for Lyme (12-3), who will play Copenhagen in the championship game at 6 p.m. Thursday at Carthage Central School. Justin Henderson finished with seven saves for the Indians.
Robert Henry supplied a second-half tally to lead Belleville Henderson (9-5-1).
COPENHAGEN 3, ALEXANDRIA 0
David Hovendon tallied a pair of goals as the Golden Knights advanced to the "D" Division title game with a semifinal win over the Purple Ghosts in Copenhagen.
Ryan Fitzpatrick scored in the first half for Copenhagen (12-2-1). Paul Sawyer totaled seven saves in the shutout.
Shane Davis stopped 14 shots for Alexandria (8-6-1).

BEAVER RIVER 1
Taylor Price-Kellogg scored twice as the Vikings (7-6-2, 7-5-2) opened a 3-0 first-half edge in a "C" Division win over the Beavers at Beaver Falls.
Sam Lyndaker scored for Beaver River (3-8-1).
SOUTH LEWIS 4, SANDY CREEK 1
Bud Scheer dished out two assists as the Falcons picked up their first win of the season in a "C" division matchup in Turin.
Nick Foster, Roger Young, Josh Walters and Jon Walters each scored for South Lewis (1-13-1). Sandy Creek dropped to 1-13.
POTSDAM 108, OFA 62
Sarah Roll, Michaela Bartlett and Liz Dempsey each won two individual events to guide Potsdam to a 108-62 win over OFA (5-4) in a Northern Athletic Conference meet Tuesday.
Roll won the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly for the Sandstoners (9-0). Bartlett won the 200 individual medley and 500 freestyle, and Dempsey won the 50 and 100 freestyles.
WATERTOWN 96, CARTHAGE 90
Samantha Favret captured the 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke and contributed to the winning 200 medley relay to help power the Cyclones (9-2, 9-1) to a Frontier League interdivision victory at Carthage.
Kathryn McKinney tied for first place with Carthage's Maggie Pogue in the 200 individual medley and also appeared on the victorious 200 medley relay.
Emily Sauter won the 50 and 100 freestyles and swam on the fastest 400 free relay for the Comets (10-2). Pogue added a triumph in the 100 butterfly and anchored the 400 free relay.
CHATEAUGAY 3, MASSENA 0
Cindy Harrigan scored 25 points, including 13 aces, to lead Chateaugay to a 25-10, 25-11, 25-14 sweep of the Red Raiders (12-3) in a Northern Athletic Conference matchup in Massena.
Annie Smith added 17 kills for Chateaugay (15-0).
OFA 3, POTSDAM 0
Aubrey Badlam scored 10 points with 14 assists to guide OFA to a 25-16, 25-21, 25-15 win over the Sandstoners (9-5) in Potsdam.
Elissa St. Germain had nine kills for OFA (14-1). Ashley Mitchell led Potsdam with six points.
Kristen King scored 13 points and contributed 11 assists to lead Madrid-Waddington (4-11) to a 25-22, 25-16, 25-20 win over the Cougars (0-14) in Russell.
Meghan Parmeter added seven points for the Yellow Jackets.
