Miss Roggie, daughter of Leonard and Leah Roggie, Carthage, is a 2007 graduate of Carthage Central School and attends Cazenovia College where she is majoring in interior design. She is employed by Carthage Federal Savings Bank and Show Biz, Carthage.

Mr. Widrick, son of Daniel and Mary Widrick, Naumburg, is a 2007 graduate of Beaver River Central School, Castorland, and attends SUNY Cortland where he is majoring in physical education. He is employed by Roes Construction, Carthage.

An Aug. 14 wedding is planned.
