Jared B. Maxon, 99, formerly of Adams and Clayton, died Tuesday at Mercy Care where he has resided for 5 years.
The funeral will be Friday, 1 p.m. at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Adams Center. A calling hour will be Friday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
