Lowville woman charged after a domestic dispute
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2009
LOWVILLE — Village police on Sunday charged Joanna J. Moore, 35, of 7612 Easton St. with endangering the welfare of a child stemming from an alleged domestic dispute at her residence.
She is to appear in Village Court.
