State troopers made unrelated crack cocaine arrests Wednesday following vehicle stops in Watertown and the town of Alexandria.

Raymond M. Come, 23, of 540 Mill St., was halted on Starbuck Avenue at about 8:30 p.m. because the car he was driving had a defective headlight. He was allegedly possessing in the vehicle a glass device containing crack cocaine, and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew J. Fulton, 27, Alexandria Bay, faces two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and having an obstructed license plate. A trooper allegedly found him possessing a crack pipe with residue, two Ativan pills, a medication for anxiety and some marijuana after halting his vehicle at about 4:15 p.m. on Route 12.
