James Byington

WATERTOWN — A memorial service for James A. Byington will be Tuesday 6 pm at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 4 pm - 6 pm at the funeral home. A reception will be at the Black River American Legion following the service.

James, 41, of 418 Arsenal St., died Thursday, October 29th at University Hospital, Syracuse, of complications from a previous injury.

He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Locy, Watertown. Four brothers, Joe Locy, Carthage, Paul Locy, Watertown, Robert Locy, Pt. Pennisula, David Locy, Theresa. Two sisters, Cathy Taylor, Black River and Lisa Locy, Watertown. A step-father, Paul Locy, Brownville. Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
