Seaway Valley executes reverse split

Seaway Valley Capital Corp., Gouverneur, filed a one-for-1,000 reverse split effective Thursday. One thousand shares now becomes one share, but the value remains the same.

The new ticker symbol for the company is SEVA. It trades on the “pink sheets,” which have no reporting requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
