Obama to congratulate Owens Friday

President Barack Obama will briefly meet with Congressman-elect Bill Owens on Friday afternoon in Washington to congratulate him on his election win, according to Moira Mack, a White House spokeswoman.
The late afternoon meeting will take place at the White House, following Mr. Owens' swearing-in ceremony.
