■ MASSENA — The Massena Town Council will hear a presentation from Massena Memorial Hospital about its southeast expansion plans at the council's meeting at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 18 in the town hall.
■ MASSENA — The town council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. tonight in the Massena Town Hall on the preliminary 2010 budget, which will lower the town tax rate by 2 cents per thousand.
