Dr. Frank Harvey, 51, a partner of Family Practice Associates of Watertown and Carthage died Tuesday afternoon at Samaritan Medical Center where he has been a patient since October 24.
Survivors include his wife, Arlene.
Arrangements are incomplete with Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, NY.
