Angela K. Ross, Tyler J. Peters
LOWVILLE — Angela K. Ross, Syracuse, daughter of Jack and Michele Ross, Lowville, married Tyler J. Peters, Syracuse, son of Joseph and Kelly Peters, Lowville, at 1 p.m. Aug. 15 at St. Peter's Church with the Rev. Christopher Carrara officiating.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She carried a bouquet of white and pink roses.
Hannah Birchenough, Chicago, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Chelsie Ross, Lowville, sister of the bride, Kristie Ross, Buffalo, cousin of the bride, Katie Peters, Lowville, sister of the groom, Megan Fowler, Rochester, April Halladay, Watertown, and Teresa Rennie, Lowville. Hailee Comple, Massapequa, goddaughter of the bride, was flower girl.
Cody Peters, Lowville, brother of the groom, was best man. Raymond Ganem, Lowville, Brandon Ross, Boston, Mass., brother of the bride, Travis Mullin, Syracuse, Jason Ossont, Mohawk, Christopher Peck, Lowville, and Andrew Halladay, Watertown, were groomsmen.
A 6 p.m. reception was held at the Radisson Hotel, Utica. The couple spent nine days at the Aventura Spa Palace, Mexico.
Mrs. Peters is a 2002 graduate of Lowville Academy and a 2006 cum laude graduate of SUNY Cortland, where she received a bachelor's degree in childhood education. She graduated in 2008 from SUNY Potsdam with a master's degree in literacy and is a substitute teacher in the Westhill and Solvay Central School districts, Syracuse.
Mr. Peters is a 2002 graduate of Lowville Academy and a 2005 graduate of Jefferson Community College, Watertown, where he received an associate's degree. He is employed by the state Department of Corrections as a corrections officer at the Auburn state prison.
