Ashley M. Cleveland, Evan Antonides

Ashley M. Cleveland and Evan C. Antonides were married July 18 at Asbury Methodist Church, with the Revs. Leon VanWie and Steven Murray officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Lynn and Corby Cleveland, Watertown, and Mr. Antonides is the son and stepson of Jean and Dana Antonides, Tulsa, Okla., and Steve and Reen Markland, Stephens City, Va.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an ivory mermaid-style gown with a sweetheart neckline, beaded satin bodice and lace skirt flowing to a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of calla lilies, orchids, astilbes, hypericum berries and white roses with two necklaces from her grandmothers interlaced throughout.

A reception was held at Bonnie Castle Resort, Alexandria Bay, following the ceremony. The couple traveled to St. Lucia for their wedding trip.

Brooke Dixon, Midlothian, Va., friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Julie Southwell, Boston, formerly of Watertown, friend of the bride, Kimberly McCray, Baltimore, formerly of Watertown, sister of the bride, and Melissa Rodriguez, Arlington, Va., friend of the bride.

Ryan Miller, Washington, D.C., friend of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Nick Lamanna, Secaucus, N.J., friend of the groom, Chris Beaudin, Winchester, Va., friend of the groom, and Scott Markland, Stephens City, brother of the groom.

Ushers were Benjamin Cleveland, Watertown, brother of the bride, Sean Markland, Stephens City, brother of the groom, Alex Antonides, Tulsa, brother of the groom, Richard Ruckman, Centreville, Va., friend of the groom, and Michael Walsh, Centreville, friend of the groom.

Mrs. Antonides is a 2002 graduate of Watertown High School

Mr. Antonides is a 2002 graduate of James Wood High School, Winchester, Va.

They both graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Blacksburg, Va., in 2006 with bachelor's degrees in marketing management.

Mrs. Antonides is a client relationship coordinator for the American Red Cross of the National Capital Region, Fairfax, Va.

Mr. Antonides is an assistant project manager for HITT Contracting, Fairfax.

The couple resides in Centreville.
