Town of Watertown wants speed limit to be 45 mph on Route 202
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2009
The Watertown Town Council passed a resolution Thursday night recommending the state Department of Transportation set a 45 mph speed limit on the newly opened County Route 202.
Because no limit has been set yet, state law mandates the default limit is 55 mph.
