CANTON — An Ogdensburg man was indicted by a St. Lawrence County grand jury for allegedly forcing his way into a home Feb. 14 and raping a 26-year-old woman.

Raymond R. Bjork Jr.,37, of 917 Mechanic St., was indicted Thursday on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual act and single counts of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree burglary, second-degree burglary as a sexually motivated felony and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Bjork was convicted in 1998 on two counts of attempted second-degree burglary and pleaded guilty in 2003 to third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.

The grand jury also returned an indictment againstMartin Osuch Jr.,35, of 3 Meadow Drive, Massena. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. He reportedly was stopped May 6 on Meadow Drive in the town of Louisville.

He registered a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content, nearly twice the state's threshold for DWI of 0.08 percent BAC, according to police. Mr. Osuch was convicted of DWI on Nov. 9, 1999, and June 5, 2007, in St. Lawrence County Court.
