Natalie Phillips, 63, Sarasota, FL, passed away at her son's home in Cicero on Fri. morning, Nov. 6, 2009.

A memorial gathering will take place at the Clayton Opera House Ballroom, 3rd Floor, on Tues., Nov. 10, 2009, from 1 - 3PM. Arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Clayton.

Donations may be made in her name to Mote Marine Laboratory, 1600 Ken Thompson Pky, Sarasota, FL.

She was born in Norwich on June 4, 1946, the daughter of Harry and Janet Knapp Phillips. She graduated from Potsdam Central School and had attended SUNY Potsdam.

She was married to Dennis H. Honeywell from Sept. 11, 1965 through 1999.

Ms. Phillips was a real estate agent and licensed in both NY and FL. She worked for both Fowler Development, Alexandria Bay and Waterford Realty, Venice, FL. She had moved to FL in 1999. She was a member of the Jefferson County Board of Realtors, and enjoyed skiing, sailing, hiking, boating, and lived for her family.

She is survived by her parents, Harry and Janet Phillips, Potsdam and Bradenton, FL; her son and his wife, Bryan G. and Deana Honeywell, Cicero; her daughter, Barbara A. Honeywell, Sarasota, FL; 2 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 1 sister-in-law, Peter Phillips, Potsdam and Bradenton, FL, and Greg and Carol Phillips, Cornwall; 1 sister and her husband, Anita Phillips and Greg Rossell, Durango, CO; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
