Five people face charges of driving while drunk

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Cory M. Almond, 34, of 388 Route 122, Constable, was charged Sunday by state police, who said his BAC was 0.14 percent when he was pulled over at 11:51 a.m. for running a stop sign on Cushman Road, Fort Covington.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.

■ Arthur J. Muir, 44, Central Square, was charged by state police at 10 p.m. Saturday on Main Street in the town of Richland. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.14 percent. A passenger in the vehicle, Pamela M. Stevenson, 49, Central Square, was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly being unruly during the traffic stop.

■ Andrew D. Running, 21, of 26372 Route 3, Watertown, also was charged by Watertown police with making an unsafe lane change and an equipment violation at 2:31 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Eastern Boulevard. He allegedly had a BAC of 0.14 percent.

■ Richard Santiago-Ocasio, 24, of 4205 Po Valley Road, Apt. 155, Fort Drum, also was charged by Watertown police with failure to signal at 12:39 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Pearl Street.

He allegedly had a BAC of 0.12 percent.

■ Caitlyn A. Eselin, 20, of 24517 Mullin Road, Dexter, also was charged by Watertown police with failure to keep right at 3:14 a.m. Sunday in the 1500 block of State Street. She allegedly had a BAC of 0.13 percent.
