Bruce R. Chase, 56, Ives Street Road, died Tuesday at the Samaritan Keep Home.
Among his survivors, is a son, Joseph, Watertown.
He was born in Carthage, a son of Howard and Doris Baker Chase.
Arrangements are with Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
