Class warfare in Cape

Until today, I could not imagine an individual in a responsible position of public authority suggesting that property owners have limited voting rights.

I now understand that this right sucks and is a gray loophole in the law used by selfish rich people who only care about themselves (and their property).

Wind for towers is not the only wind in Cape Vincent. No wonder the good people of Cape Vincent are at each others' throats. It is class warfare inspired by leadership of limited character.
