The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Douglas C. Ada, 41, Hammond, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Thursday on County Route 6 in Morristown. State police pulled him over after he allegedly nearly hit a parked police car. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
■ Michael D. Eddings, Jr., 22, of 25347 Virginia Smith Drive, Apt. 5, Calcium, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. Saturday by Watertown police in the 300 block of Factory St. His BAC was 0.13 percent, police said. He also was charged with failure to signal. He was released to military police custody.
■ Mark A. Gettys, 23, Fort Drum, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Saturday by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies while heading northeast on Route 283 in the town of LeRay. His BAC was 0.16 percent, police said. He also was charged with failure to keep right.
Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Terry A. Ostraski, 45, Ogdensburg, also was charged Nov. 15 with felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, following too closely, having no driver's license and having no valid inspection sticker following an accident on Paterson Street in Ogdensburg, state police said.
■ Erin A. Irvin, 24, of 815 Morris St., Ogdensburg, was charged following a motor vehicle accident at 9:09 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Ford Street, Ogdensburg, and also was charged with improper passing.
Ogdensburg city police said the accident also involved Ann A. Morley, 53, of 6661 Route 37, Ogdensburg. No injuries were reported. Ms. Irvin was released on an appearance ticket.
