CANTON — Atlantic Testing Laboratories has filed a mechanic's lien against a Skaneateles developer claiming it wasn't fully paid for testing materials during construction of a Lowe's store on Route 56 in Potsdam.
The lien filed Nov. 10 against Jeda Capital-56 LLC is seeking $3,562, according documents at the St. Lawrence County clerk's office. The company provided soil, concrete and masonry testing, along with other tasks, from July 8, 2008, to May 19. The contract was for $30,000.
Several companies have filed mechanic's liens this year against Lowe's and Jeda Capital, claiming they weren't fully paid for work done at the site.
