Adams Pastry Shop opens doors today
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2009
ADAMS — The new bakery long planned for the storefront that formerly housed the Adams Pastry Shop will open for business this morning, owner Holly K. Briot said Saturday.
The 10 Main Street Bakery offers sweet treats such as doughnuts, muffins and cheesecakes, plus specialty breads and coffee.
The business is owned and operated by Ms. Briot and her fiancé, Matthew J. Bettinger, who live above the shop. Store hours will be 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
