The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ David M. Rockefeller, 23, Warren Center, Pa., faces additional charges of speeding, reckless driving and consuming an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle following his arrest by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 7:40 p.m. Tuesday on Route 12E in the town of Clayton. Deputies said he registered 0.15 percent blood alcohol content on the breath test. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
He was sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, with bail set at $1,000 by Clayton Town Justice Clarence F. Giles Jr.
■ Samantha L. Webb, 21, of 2422 Alexandria Meadows, Apt. 2, Watertown, was arrested by Watertown police at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Washington Street, where she additionally was cited with failure to keep right and driving without a license. She tested at 0.12 percent BAC, police said.
■ Adam M. Turck, 23, Castorland, was arrested by state police shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday on Interstate 81 in the town of Adams. His test result was 0.12 percent BAC, police said.
■ Erin A. Marra, 27, Route 26, Turin, was charged after state police arrested her at 3:20 a.m. Friday on Route 12 in the town of Martinsburg. Her test result was 0.17 percent BAC, police said.
■ Michael C. Maslyn, 43, County Route 125, Chaumont, also was cited with having defective lights following his arrest by Watertown police at 11:10 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Factory Street. He tested at 0.13 percent BAC, police said.
■ John J. Weiler, 31, of 355 Main St., Adams, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. Saturday by Watertown police in the 400 block of Factory St. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said. He also was charged with an equipment violation.
■ Kenneth R. Kendall, 34, of 13 School St., Brier Hill, was charged with driving while intoxicated by St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies after a car accident at 1:49 a.m. Sunday in the town of Morristown.
Mr. Kendall allegedly drove his 1997 Pontiac through a stop sign at the intersection of County Route 2 and Route 37. His vehicle smashed into a chain link fence surrounding Brier Hill Cemetery, striking several tombstones before coming to a stop, deputies said.
Mr. Kendall reportedly had a 0.14 percent BAC. He also was issued a ticket for failure to stop at a stop sign. He is to answer the charges in Morristown Town Court.
