Pauline M. “Pauli” Perkins, 78, Lowville

LOWVILLE — Pauline M. “Pauli” Perkins, 78, of Route 177, Lowville, died at her home Saturday afternoon, November 21, 2009, under the care of her family, her special caregiver, Gladys Der, and Lewis County Hospice.
