MASSENA - Funeral services for Julie A. Welsh Rowe, 49, of Massena, will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home in Massena.

Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral at 64 Andrews St. Massena, NY. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Massena.

Julie passed away on Nov. 22, 2009 at Massena Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by her children, Shannon Giarratano, Lindsay Welsh, Arianna Perry and Mark Perry, all of Massena; four grandchildren; three sisters and three brothers, Kathy and husband Mike Pollack of Massena, Nancy and husband William Sequin, of Massena, Bonnie (Perry) Hayden of Massena, Richard and wife Cindy Welsh of Massena, James Welsh of Massena, David Welsh of Buffalo.

She was predeceased by a son, Jeremy Welsh in 2000.

She was born Feb. 23, 1960 in Cornwall, Ontario, the daughter of Joseph and Dorothy (Patraw) Welsh. A marriage to Mark Perry ended in divorce.

Julie enjoyed crafts, knitting, crocheting. She was an avid reader. She recently returned to Massena from Arkansas.
