C&B Rent-All is closing, holding sale of inventory

ADAMS — C&B Rent-All is running a going-out-of-business sale, which started Nov. 17.

The business opened in 2002 at 11151 Route 11. Members of the loan review committee at the Jefferson County Industrial Development Agency said the economic downturn hurt the construction business and equipment rental demand.

Lyle V. Eaton, comptroller for JCIDA, said the rental business has $62,000 outstanding in loans with JCIDA, which will be repaid by the owner, who is listed in Times files as Eric J. Soule.

The building and property are also for sale.
