Dorothy P. Ashwood, 85, Adams

ADAMS — Dorothy P. Ashwood, 85, of Hungerford Ave., Adams and formerly of Central St., Watertown, died Tuesday afternoon at Mercy of Northern New York where she had been a resident for 9 days.

The funeral will be Saturday 11 a.m. at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 6 pm – 8 pm and Saturday from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
