Drivers cited with DWI

The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

■ Ronni L. Campbell, 21, of 24993 Gerald Ave., Calcium, was stopped by Watertown city police at 1:57 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Pearl Street. Police said her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent, which exceeds the state's 0.08 percent threshold for intoxication. She also was charged with speeding and driving without a license. She paid $250 bail and was released to military police.

■ Devon R. Meunier, 17, of 23486 Fetterly Road, Dexter, was stopped by Watertown police shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of West Main Street. His BAC was 0.11 percent, police said. He also was charged with having an improper license plate light and possessing marijuana.

■ Jordan J. Runge, 23, of 35916 Route 126, Carthage, was charged by city police at 2:34 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Arsenal Street. He also was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to signal. Police said his BAC was 0.12 percent.

■ Nicole L. Stopfel, 20, Ogdensburg, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. Saturday on Fine Street in Ogdensburg. State police said her BAC was 0.11 percent.

Charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol:

■ Joey D. Durham, 26, Hammond, also was charged by state police with having a hypodermic instrument, operating an uninspected vehicle and making an unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle at 10:40 p.m. Friday on Route 11 in Gouverneur.
