The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Dustin L. Stephenson, 25, Redwood, was stopped by state police at 2:55 a.m. Saturday along Route 3 in the town of Orleans. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent, police said. State law establishes 0.08 percent BAC as the threshold for intoxication.
■ Lawrence L. Dygert, 39, Ogdensburg, was pulled over by state police for speeding at 10:33 p.m. Saturday on Route 37 in the town of Louisville. He also was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs. His BAC was 0.06 percent, police said; he was charged with DWI after failing a field sobriety test.
■ Justin M. Fischer, 28, of 224 N. Hamilton St., Watertown, was stopped by Watertown police at 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of State Street for failing to signal a lane change. His BAC was 0.17 percent, police said. He also was charged with making an unsafe lane change.
■ Timothy M. Sawyer, 25, of 23 Maple Ave., Edwards, was stopped by Gouverneur village police for having dim headlights at 12:14 a.m. Sunday on Williams Street, Gouverneur. He also was charged with failure to keep right. Police said his BAC was 0.13 percent.
■ Dale T. Flansburg, 39, Boonville, was pulled over by state police at 3:35 a.m. Saturday along Osceola Road in the town of Lewis. His BAC was not available.
■ Raymond S. Campany, 23, Newport News, Va., was stopped by state police at 2:41 a.m. Saturday along West Street in the village of Carthage. His BAC was 0.15 percent, police said.
■ George K. Anderson, 22, of 606 Lansing St., Watertown, was pulled over by Watertown police at 12:25 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Massey Street. His BAC was 0.11 percent, police said.
■ Chad L. Sherman, 24, Massena, was pulled over by state police at 1:41 a.m. Saturday on Route 56 in the town of Louisville. He also was cited with a muffler infraction. Police said his BAC was 0.10 percent.
■ State police pulled over John L. Musgrove, 57, of 1199 Washington St., Brushton, for speeding at 3 a.m. Sunday along Route 11 in the town of Bangor. Police did not have a BAC.
