The following motorists were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Courtney L. Sullivan, 32, of 5098 Pleasant Valley Road, Brantingham, was charged by Lewis County sheriff's deputies with aggravated DWI and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle after she was involved in a property-damage accident at 3:55 a.m. Sunday on Lyons Falls Road in the town of Greig.
Ms. Sullivan allegedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.30 percent, nearly four times the state intoxication threshold of 0.08 percent.
Under state law, a BAC of 0.18 percent or higher constitutes aggravated DWI.
■ John E. Carpenter, 46, Raleigh, N.C., was arrested by Watertown police on charges of felony aggravated unlicensed operation, aggravated DWI, failure to obey a traffic control device and possessing an open alcoholic beverage in his vehicle at 10:25 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Sherman Street. He had a test reading of 0.22 percent, police said.
The felony is lodged because his license has been revoked since 1991, when he was convicted of DWI, police said. The DWI count is not a felony because the prior conviction was more that 10 years ago.
■ Nathan D. Widrick, 19, Calcium, is charged additionally with crossing hazard markings and having inadequate exhaust as a result of his arrest by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies on Route 126 in the town of Watertown. He tested at 0.12 percent, according to the sheriff's office.
The following motorists were charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:
■ Benjamin L. Platt, 20, of 5363 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg, was charged by Lewis County sheriff's deputies at 5:53 a.m. Saturday on Francis Street in the town of Martinsburg. The type of drug was not disclosed.
■ Kimanne Y. Vanatta, 48, Boonville, was also charged by Lewis County sheriff's deputies with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance not in its original container at 7:30 p.m. Sunday on Route 12D in the town of Leyden.
The type of drug was not disclosed.
