POTSDAM — Colin Howard provided three goals and one assist to help lead Canton to victory over Guilderland, 7-5, in the Potsdam hockey tournament Saturday.
Canton won the tournament championship based on points earned.
Trent Durocher supplied one goal and three assists, and Kolby Weaver made 12 saves for the Golden Bears (1-0-1).
Tony Liguori recorded one goal and three assists for Guilderland.

Cody Spadaro scored the game-winning goal for the Northstars in a second-round game of the Potsdam Tournament.
Brad Monroe and Brian Hamilton each accounted for one goal and two assists, and Zach Hall made 23 saves for CNS.

Jared Morrow generated a season-high 16 points to help guide the Blue Devils to victory in the consolation game of the Coaches Vs. Cancer Tournament at Adirondack Community College in Queensbury.
Gene Bouyer provided 15 points, five assists and five blocks, and David Crowder added 15 points for OFA (1-2).
Nate Uline scored 16 points for South Glens Falls.

Phil Spasiak generated 19 points, and Joe Lacata provided 18 points, including four 3s, to lead Williamsville South in a first-round game of the Coaches Vs. Cancer Tournament on Friday in Queensbury.
Gene Bouyer finished with 24 points, nine rebounds, five assists and two blocked shots for the Blue Devils. David Crowder connected for 21 points, including four 3-pointers, and Owen Luckie added six assists and five rebounds for OFA (0-2).

Steve Carder poured in 30 points to pace visiting Northeastern Clinton, which outscored Malone 20-5 in the second quarter. Austin Dunleavy scored nine for Malone (2-1).

Megan Morrison generated 21 points and five assists for the Devils in the nonleague victory. Elissa St. Germain tallied 12 points and eight rebounds, while Lindsey Drummond added 12 points, 11 rebounds.
Mackenzie Cole provided 10 points while Nicole Damms posted five rebounds and Chelsea Martin delivered five assists. Meg Dodge chipped in three assists.

Sarah Johnson registered 17 points and 13 rebounds for the Comets during a nonleague win at Carthage.
Joey Percy added 14 points, 10 rebounds and five steals. Brianna Griffin had 10 points and six steals for Carthage (2-0).
Veronica Sapp led Potsdam (0-1) with 18 points, while Tess Hazen supplied 14.

Taylor Davis tallied 12 points and blocked six shots as the host Red Knights earned a "D" Division victory.
Rachel Klock had 10 points and five steals, while Joan Rhone also recorded five steals for LaFargeville (2-3, 2-1).

Brianna Sayer scored 13 points for the Demons (3-1).
