The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:
■ Dwight E. Wilkinson, 19, of 7615 State St., Apt. 3, Lowville, was charged after being halted by state troopers at 8:50 a.m. Sunday on Kimballs Mills Road, town of Diana. He registered 0.16 percent blood alcohol content, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes intoxication.
Mr. Wilkinson and his passenger, Roxy M. Orr, 38, Harrisville, were cited with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance because police said they had prescription pills not prescribed to them.
■ Lucas P. Moore, 28, Fort Drum, also was cited with crossing hazard markings after being arrested by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies at 1:40 a.m. Sunday on Route 283 in the town of LeRay. He tested at 0.11 percent BAC, according to the sheriff's office.
■ Stephen J. Zimmerman, 62, of 1357 Ives St., Watertown, was arrested by state police at 10:30 p.m. Sunday on Route 12F in the town of Hounsfield, where he additionally was cited with failure to signal a turn. He had a 0.09 percent BAC, police said.
■ James A. Tyo Jr., 36, Ogdensburg, also was charged Sunday with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, consuming alcohol in a vehicle and having a suspended registration after he was stopped on County Route 6 in the town of Oswegatchie, state police said. His BAC wasn't available.
■ Duane L. Christensen, 40, Evans Mills, also was charged Saturday by Lowville village police with driving to the left of pavement markings and driving without lights on North State Street. He allegedly refused to submit to a Breathalyzer test. He was arraigned in Lowville Village Court and sent to Lewis County jail, Lowville, on $500 bail.
■ Michael T. Crowley, 22, Hogansburg, also was charged Monday with speeding, failure to use designated lane and being an unlicensed operator following a one-car accident on County Route 9 in the town of Bombay, state police said. His BAC was 0.12 percent, they said.
■ Curtis A. Hall, 28, of 204 County Route 18, Apt. 3, Richville, was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, having a suspended registration and failure to keep right after he was stopped on County Route 20 in the town of Hermon, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. His BAC was 0.18 percent, the threshold for aggravated DWI.
■ Adam J. Witherall, 20, of 132 Pangborn Road, Hastings, was charged Friday after being stopped on Route 11B in the town of Stockholm, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. His BAC was 0.16 percent, they said.
■ Stacey E. Haley, 35, of 116 Woodlawn Ave., Massena, also was charged Dec. 2 with having no driver's license after she hit a deer on Route 11 in the town of Stockholm, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. Her BAC was 0.16 percent, they said.
■ Brett A. Grant, 62, of 72 Judson St., Canton, also was charged Sunday with speeding on Route 310 in the town of Potsdam, St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies said. His BAC was 0.16 percent, they said.
■ Joseph J. Schneller, 18, of 145 Taylor Road, Canton, was charged Monday after he was found asleep in a running car on Park Street, Canton village police said. His BAC was 0.15 percent, they said.
■ Colin A. Hall, 23, Cornwall, Ontario, also was charged Monday with other traffic infractions and refusing a breath test when stopped at the Massena port of entry, state police said.
