Zachary B. Carter, 17, Clayton

CLAYTON — Zachary B. Carter, age 17, of County Route 9, died Wednesday, at his home, where he was under the care of his family and the Hospice of Jefferson County. The funeral will be noon on Saturday at the T.R. Jetty Funeral Home in Clayton. Calling hours will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Burial will be in St. Lawrence Union Cemetery in the Town of Cape Vincent.
