BROWNVILLE — Erika K. Hunt, age 32 of Bonney Rd. Brownville passed away Sunday 2:30 P.M. at University Hospital, Syracuse with all her family by her side after a long battle with cancer.
Erika was born March 30, 1977 in Watertown, the daughter of Timothy and Keitha Fisk Dupee. She graduated from General Brown High School in 1995 and attended J.C.C.
Erika worked as a secretary for Jefferson Anesthesiology in Watertown.
Erika married Scott T. Hunt on September 1, 2001 at St. Patrick's Church in Watertown. The couple has resided on the Bonney Rd. since their marriage.
Erika was a member of Smith-Savage Post 583 American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed spending time with her boys.
Erika is survived by her husband Scott and three boys Hayden, Carter, Kolton all at home. She is also survived by her parents Timothy and Keitha Dupee of Brownville, a brother Bryan and Janelle Dupee, sisters Elissa Dupee, Elana Dupee and Elyse Dupee all of Brownville. Her maternal grandparents David and Marie Fisk of Dexter, paternal grandmother Dolores and Richard Whattam of Brownville, Father and mother-in-law Timothy and Barbara Hunt of Brownville, brother-in-law James Hunt and his fiancé Christina Tooley of Sandy Creek, her husband's grandmother Evelyn Hunt of Brownville, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She was predeceased by paternal grandfather William Dupee, husband's Grandfather James Hunt and husband's maternal grandparents Madelyn and Edward Reed.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Brownville with Fr. Kevin O'Brien officiating. Burial will be in Brownville Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Dexter.
