A Brownville man has been indicted on 21 charges alleging that he repeatedly sexually abused a 15-year-old girl.
William J. Eisele,37, address not available, faces five counts of third-degree criminal sexual act, four counts of third-degree sexual abuse, 10 counts of endangering the welfare of a child and single counts of first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree rape.
The charges were contained in a grand jury indictment handed up Thursday in Jefferson County Court.
It is alleged that that he had repeated sexual contact with the underage girl in April and May. It is further alleged that he sent the victim obscene text messages and obscene video messages to her cellular phone and that he provided the girl with pornographic videos.
Also indicted Thursday wasWilliam R. Reynolds,19, address not available, who faces charges of third-degree burglary and making graffiti. It is alleged that on July 14, he entered 108 Newell St. with the intent to commit a crime and that, while in the building, he spray painted an obscene comment on a table.
The grand jury also returned two no-bills, clearingDavid M. Bolton,30, Watertown, of charges of first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child and clearingDanny W. Barlow,18, town of Watertown, of charges of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
The grand jury found there was insufficient evidence to support a charge that Mr. Bolton had sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl in summer 2004. Further information about the initial charge against Mr. Barlow was not available.

Ian T. McCallum,23, Ontario, N.Y., formerly of Cape Vincent, had a December 2008 plea of felony driving while intoxicated vacated upon his successful completion of Drug Court and was allowed to plead guilty to DWI as a misdemeanor.
He subsequently was sentenced to a one-year conditional discharge, fined $500 and had his driver's license revoked. He had been accused of DWI in November 2008 on Route 12E in the town of Cape Vincent.
Christopher P. Kubis,28, of 1000 Erie St., pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was referred to Drug Court. He had been accused in an indictment handed up in November with selling cocaine in late July and twice more in mid-August.
