Sergeant Major Randy J. Clement, 50, Glen Park

GLEN PARK — Retired Sergeant Major Randy John Clement, age 50, Glen Park, NY passed on to the greater unknown in the evening hours of December 25th 2009, at his home with family after a lengthy battle with cancer. Over the past two weeks Sergeant Major Clement has been under the care of Hospice of Northern New York at his home with family. Calling hours will be held at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home in Watertown, NY, Tuesday December 29th 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11am with Chaplain Distat officiating. Burial will be at Dexter Cemetery, and a celebration gathering will be held at the Brownville American Legion immediately following the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers in honor of Sergeant Major Randy J. Clement the family asks that memorial contributions be made to "Randy's Ranger's" American Cancer Society team, in care of David Clement 6390 Floral Drive, Watertown, NY 13601, to support his continued goals for the battle against cancer.
