A city woman is summoned to Watertown City Court to face allegations that she stole 40 prescribed pain pills from another woman, according to Watertown police.

Andrea L. Frender, 38, of 217 S. Pleasant St., Apt. 217, was charged Sunday with petit larceny, second-degree criminal trespass and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police allege that in addition to Endocet pills stolen the night of Dec. 5 from Rebecca J. Minnick, 644 Huntington St., Apt. 3, she also took her cell phone. The theft occurred at 137 William St., police said.
