Throughout the area

Scholarships awarded:71 high school seniors from schools in New York and Canada recently received theAugsbury/North Country Scholars Scholarshipfrom St. Lawrence University, Canton. Students are nominated by high school guidance counselors, with two per school. The scholarship winners receive a $25,000 per year, for four years, scholarship to SLU and nominees receive a $10,000 per year, for four years, scholarship to SLU.
