The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses.
■ Richard M. Becker, 23, House Road, town of Clayton, is charged with felony DWI as a result of his arrest by state police at 4 a.m. Sunday on Military Road in the town of Hounsfield.
Also cited with failure to keep right, he had a test reading of 0.16 percent blood alcohol content, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
■ Patricia M. Cullinan, 59, Gouverneur, was charged Sunday with felony DWI after being stopped on Route 11 in the town of Gouverneur, state police said. Her BAC was not available.
■ Ryan E. Erhardt, 25, Glendale, Ariz., was charged by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies with aggravated DWI at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 342 in the town of LeRay. He tested at 0.21 percent BAC, according to the sheriff's office. A reading of 0.18 percent BAC is the threshold for aggravated DWI.
■ Michael L. Reff, 29, of 310 Prospect St., registered 0.16 percent BAC following his arrest at 2:35 a.m. Tuesday in connection with an accident at the Roswell P. Flower monument in the 200 block of Washington Street, according to city police. His northbound auto struck and dislodged a granite bollard at the southeast corner of the monument island, police said. He also is cited with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
The accident was at least the fourth since 2006 to cause damage on the monument island.
■ Joshua M. Parrish, 27, of 21246 Oxford St., Apt. 35, Carthage, was being held under $2,000 bail Monday in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building after being arrested by Carthage police at 5:15 a.m. Saturday on charges of DWI, leaving the scene of an accident, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent. Police said he drove away with one tire flattened after his vehicle struck a utility pole at South Mechanic and Cemetery streets.
He was taken to Carthage Area Hospital for treatment of an unspecified injury, and his blood was drawn for determination of alcohol content.
■ Glenn A. McWayne, 29, of 16852 County Route 62, Watertown, was arrested by Jefferson County sheriff's deputies about 4:20 a.m. Saturday in the town of Adams. Police said he had been traveling west on North Harbor Road when he crossed the center line and hit a barn. His BAC was 0.15 percent, deputies said.
■ Patrick A. Brown, 40, of 241/2 Champion St., West Carthage, was arrested by state police after he suffered a head cut when his vehicle struck a parked van on Body Road in the town of Wilna about 6:25 p.m. Saturday. Police listed his BAC as 0.10 percent.
■ Caitlin A. Davis, 23, Hammond, is cited by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department in connection with an accident about 11:20 p.m. Monday on Interstate 81 in the town of Pamelia.
She was southbound when her vehicle went off the left side of the highway and overturned in the median, deputies said. She reported that she swerved to avoid a deer in the road. Ms. Davis was treated for back pains at Samaritan Medical Center.
■ Evi Morrison, 22, of 217 Flower Ave. W., was cited by troopers with driving while ability impaired by the use of alcohol and speeding at 73 mph in a 45-mph zone on Route 3 in the town of Pamelia.
He tested at 0.07 percent BAC, police said.
