Frances S. Toohey

MASSENA — Frances S. Toohey, 92, died on Feb. 5, 2010, at Massena Memorial Hospital, after a brief illness.

She is survived by a son, David C. Toohey of Pownal, Vt., and an older sister, Iris Hall of Massena, N.Y., as well as nieces, a nephew and two grandchildren.

Those wishing to honor Frances' memory are encouraged to make donations to the Massena Humane Society.
